This policy applies to the public PixelSuite website, registration, customer portal, billing, support and the provided CRM instance. Linked third-party services have their own privacy policies.

3. Data we process

We process only data needed for operation, contract performance, security and communication. This may include:

• Account and contact details such as name, company, email address and language.
• Contract, subscription, invoice and payment status; we do not receive complete card details.
• Technical usage data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser, security and server logs.
• Content you store in your CRM instance. You generally remain responsible for personal data belonging to your own contacts; we process it as a service provider.

We process personal data to provide and secure PixelSuite, manage accounts and contracts, process payments, communicate, diagnose errors and comply with legal duties. Grounds include contract performance, consent, overriding legitimate interests and statutory requirements.

5. Hosting, payments and recipients

We disclose data only where necessary for the service, billing, legal duties or protection of our rights. Service providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate data protection.

International providers such as Stripe may process data outside Switzerland. In such cases we require appropriate safeguards, for example recognised adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

PixelSuite uses technically necessary cookies for sessions, login, language and protection against abusive requests. They are required for operation. We currently use no marketing or tracking cookies on the public website.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain personal data for as long as needed for its purpose, the contract, legitimate security interests or statutory retention duties. After contract termination, CRM data are removed under the agreed deletion process; legally relevant business records may be retained longer.

8. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted transmission, access controls, separate customer instances and backups. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Your rights

Within applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, delivery or transfer of your personal data, withdraw consent and object to certain processing. Statutory restrictions and identity checks remain reserved.
