Our story

Created to solve a real need

PixelSuite was not designed on a drawing board. The CRM grew directly out of PIXELPETER GmbH's day-to-day work—and continues to evolve through practical use.

Suddenly without a CRM

PIXELPETER used a CRM from PostFinance. When support for it was discontinued, we were left without a suitable solution.

A clear requirement

We did not need a huge, complicated CRM. What mattered was being able to invoice many services—including recurring ones—cleanly and simply.

Our own solution

So PIXELPETER GmbH began developing its own CRM. Continuous refinement turned that internal tool into today's PixelSuite.

: You can use PixelSuite free for 7 days with no restrictions. Your credit card is stored at checkout, but you will only be charged after the 7-day trial. Cancel anytime.
: Your CRM data is stored by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Stripe processes the billing data required for payments under its own privacy policy.
: Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through the customer dashboard. No cancellation fees. After cancellation, your subscription runs until the end of the paid period.
: After 7 days, your subscription starts at CHF 9 per month – unless you cancel before. We'll remind you by email 2 days before your trial ends.
: Yes. Each customer gets their own PixelSuite instance on a dedicated subdomain with their own database. Your data is completely separate from other users.
